this article is all about me... uh, except the filthy rich part... i'm all DIY...
...i revel in it. and, the container store makes lots of money off of me. not working is working out just fine. this means i pretty much have 2 months to move my stuff into jay's--excuse me--our apartment. so, the first step was totally redesigning the small bedroom that is jay's--excuse me--OUR closet. it's gigantic: 10 foot high ceilings, and roughly 40 square feet. i'm in heaven. i went to the container store and picked up a whole bunch o' modular elfa stuff, installed it, and voila!
we now have 14 feet of hanging space, shelves to the ceiling above the hanging space and all along one wall, and all of our stuff actually fits in there. okay, to be fair, it was my stuff fitting in there that i was a little bit worried about... :-) c'mon... i am a girl, afterall.
and... i'd love to post images from flickr... if only i could get the photos to rotate correctly... :-(
